La pince à sertir e-robur 442100 à barillet pour cosses tubulaires dispose de matrices rotatives indexables en 9 positions : 6, 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95 et 120 mm2.

Le sertissage est convenablement effectué lorsque la pince se verrouille. La section de sertissage est inscrite sur la cosse.

Solutions pour la couronne arrière

La solution standard pour la couronne arrière est la couronne polyamide 80 dents pour courroie HTD 8M en 30 mm de largueur.

Les différentes couronnes disponibles sont :

  • 80 dents polyamide (390 g) + porte couronne diamètre 30, 40 ou 50 mm (total 750 g)
  • 80 dents acier (3,54 kg) + Taper Lock 2517 diamètre 30 ou 40 mm (1,06 kg)
  • 72 dents acier (3,24 kg) + Taper Lock 2517 diamètre 30 ou 40 mm (1,06 kg)
  • 65 dents aluminium (x kg) + porte couronne diamètre 30 mm (x kg)
  • 60 dents plastique (326 g) + porte couronne diamètre 30 mm (total 715 g)
